Starting to feel it

I'm really hungry. Do you ever get used to the hunger when you cut back on quantity? Yogurt, fruit cup, Lean Cuisine pizza. Call me crazy, but I think those things are really good. And I did my time on the WiiFit. I feel like the weather is so lovely I should go for a run, but I am not even close to running yet. This weekend, I need to go grocery shopping. Any suggestions?

  1. I don't really know what to suggest that you're not already eating. I love love love granola in my yogurt, and that might help to satisfy your hunger longer.

    Also, I hate to suggest it because I know you did this recently and didn't enjoy it, but drink more water. A lot of times people think they are hungry when they are actually thirsty. Give it a shot, at least.

  2. Oh, no, I still drink! I just can't drink right before bed cause then I wake up in the middle of the night to pee!
